Create a quotation
- Open Sales → Quotations → Create.
- Select Customer (partner).
- Add order lines — products, quantities, prices.
- Save.
Optionally link an Opportunity from CRM.
Confirm an order
Change the quotation status to Sales Order (confirmed). The order shows To Invoice when Invoicing is installed.
After confirmation
With Invoicing installed, confirming a sales order automatically creates a customer invoice (draft). Your accountant posts and collects payment in Invoicing.
