Create a product
- Open Products → Create.
- Enter name, sales price, and cost (standard price).
- Mark Can be sold and/or Can be purchased as needed.
- Save.
Categories
Organize products in categories for reporting and defaults.
Accounting defaults
Products can have default income and expense accounts used on invoice lines. Finance teams set these during setup.
Before Sales or Purchase
Create products before adding lines to quotations or purchase orders.
Bulk catalog import
Administrators can enable Report on the product list view so you can download a CSV template and bulk-import or update products (with column mapping and preview). Ask your developer to enable reporting on the view, or see Export and import.
